学术成就

醉心于乳腺癌基础和应用研究近30年,在国内独树一帜建立了以光学分子影像技术为中心的乳腺癌精准诊治技术体系。

1、精准外科:率先将新型荧光染料吲哚菁绿(ICG)应用于乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检,并结合其它材料拓展到保乳手术安全切缘评估,建立了国内首个分子影像手术导航软硬件支撑平台,大大降低了盲目腋窝清扫率、提高了保乳率。

2、疗效评估:另辟蹊径构建了不同于常规机制的细胞周期抗癌药物靶点CDK活性监测体系,丰富了抗肿瘤治疗实时疗效评价方法,有助于及时调整优化乳腺癌治疗方案。

3、新型靶点:首次确定了Notch3分子在管腔型乳腺癌中的抑癌角色及其上下游传导通路,为乳腺癌靶向药物研发和靶向治疗提供了新的潜在靶点。

 

主持973课题、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、国家自然科学基金重点国际(地区)合作项目等十余项国家级和省级课题,总资助金额万以上;发表高质量期刊论著百余篇,获各级科技奖项、中国发明专利项。已培养硕博士研究生和博士后七十余名。
